Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1)

The works

Amber deliver two of the four lots for planned Maintenance contracts for Southern Housing’s Stock Reinvestment Programme over a 10 year Term Alliance Contract delivering a range of works.  Working in partnership with Southern Housing has allowed us to maximise delivery potential and develop a cost effective approach to programme alongside the Southern Housing team. Works include:

• Replacement of kitchens to houses, flats and sheltered accommodation
• Replacement of bathrooms to houses, flats and sheltered accommodation
• Replacement of (electrical and gas) heating components
• Replacement of end life products including but not limited to, windows, doors, roofing, electrical and mechanical installations
• Survey and design of planned maintenance works
• Provision of other related “design” services such as building services engineering, structural engineering, building surveying services
• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015
• Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015
