Amber achieved a major milestone by securing its first large-scale roofing package with Tower Hamlets, valued at £1.5m. This marked a significant step in the company’s growth, demonstrating its ability to successfully deliver larger, more complex projects while continuing to uphold its commitment to quality and reliability.

Secured a landmark major works contract valued at over £3 million with CityWest Homes, marking a significant step forward in the company’s growth and capability.

Amber took a major step in its growth by purchasing its first office in Barking, which was previously rented. Establishing a dedicated workspace allowed the team to expand operations, improve collaboration and create a professional base that reflected the company’s commitment to long-term growth.

Amber secured its first major kitchen and bathroom replacement programme with the London Borough of Havering, valued at circa £2.5m. This milestone marked the company’s successful expansion into internals, showcasing its ability to manage large-scale, specialised projects while maintaining the high standards and customer focus that define Amber.

Amber secured a long-term, 10-year contract with Southern Housing, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth. This major appointment reflected confidence in Amber’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services over the long term, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner in the sector.

Amber secured a major external works package for Homes for Haringey, valued at over £5m, to deliver improvements across scattered housing. This landmark contract showcased the company’s capacity to manage large, complex projects and reinforced its reputation as a trusted, high-quality contractor capable of delivering significant impact for clients and communities.

Amber secured, in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Lancaster West Phase 2, the largest roofing scheme to date. Secured through the LHC Framework, this significant contract demonstrated the company’s expertise in delivering complex roofing and refurbishment works at scale.

Amber expanded its presence with the opening of a new office in Basildon and securing a new head office, set to open in 2027. This growth reflects the company’s ongoing success and ambition to grow.

Following a successful partnership with Southern Housing, we have built a strong relationship and reputation over the past 9 years. As a result, we successfully secured both Lot 5 and Lot 9 under the Capital Investment Works programme. A 20-year contract delivering internal works across East Sussex, North London and Essex.
