Conservation Works
Amber Construction were appointed by Peabody to replace existing timber windows and undertake external repairs to Victorian homes within Hackney’s conservation areas.
Early engagement with Hackney Planning Department and extensive property surveys were key to developing bespoke scopes of work. Following scaffold installation, additional structural issues were identified to roofs, rooflights and party walls. Amber worked closely with Peabody to review and incorporate the necessary works, ensuring the properties were safely and appropriately restored.
