Transforming Homes

In partnership with Royal Borough of Greenwich, Amber Construction are delivering a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across approximately 733 residential properties. The project involves removing existing fittings and supplying and installing new kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and related works to improve the quality, functionality and comfort of residents’ homes.

To ensure minimal disruption to residents, the programme was carefully planned and coordinated. Clear communication protocols, advance notice of works and regular updates kept residents informed at every stage, allowing the project to progress smoothly across multiple properties. This proactive approach contributed to a resident satisfaction score of 98%, reflecting Amber Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused improvements.

Eltham Sheds

We’re proud to have partnered with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Match My Project and Greenwich Giving to support the Eltham Sheds Association. Together, we’ve helped create their new workspace at Woodlands Farm Trust, including the installation of doors, partition walls and flooring – transforming the space into a welcoming and functional hub.

Somalian Training Centre

Amber visited the Somalian Training Centre in Woolwich to install a brand-new kitchen. The upgrade was warmly welcomed by the Greenwich community and is set to make a real difference. The new kitchen will support a range of activities and services for local residents, providing a more functional, welcoming space for training, events, and community gatherings.
