Sustainable Improvements
In partnership with the London Borough of Camden, Amber Construction delivered a roof renewal project at Deane House, an occupied office block comprising 23 commercial units. The project involved renewing approximately 1,100m² of roof coverings and installing a new solar PV system.
As the building remained occupied throughout the works, careful planning and communication were key to minimising disruption. A bespoke scaffold design and individual delivery plan were developed to suit each business, with regular updates keeping building users informed throughout the programme.
This proactive approach enabled the works to be delivered successfully with minimal disruption, achieving a customer satisfaction score of 98.2% and demonstrating Amber’s commitment to delivering high-quality works in occupied environments.
