The works

Amber have successfully completed Pitched Roof Renewal to 400 occupied street properties across Richmond, including associated works;

• Replacement of soffit/facias/rainwater goods
• Repairs to chimney stacks
• External repairs

All Roofing and associated works were delivered 100% in-house by our skilled and experienced Roofing Division and established team of Approved Installers.
The average end-to-end time for each property was four days. We built in 5% flexibility in our programme to manage inclement weather during colder months, mitigating against unforeseen delays.
All works in Phase 7 were completed 100% on-time and within <5% of the tendered sum, with a number of properties requiring additional loft FRA works and extensive asbestos removal.
