The works

Scope of Works:

• Full internal redecoration works
• Specialist artisan decoration works to the Ambassadors office, Personal Assistants office, entrance and staircase
• Flooring – hardwood floor sanding and varnishing, carpet renewal to staircases and corridors from basement area to 4th floor
• New asphalt roof to main building
• Installation of skylights, roof barrier system and lead work to roof area
• Complete renewal to Ambassadors balcony, including asphalt works, and rewiring
• Renewal of marble tiles to ground floor W/C and ambassadors shower room
• Waterproofing and installation of Cladco composite decking system to the roof area of the rear terrace
• New lighting and electrics to rear terrace
• Installation of portable metal detector
• Refurbishment of public toilet, including new toilet system, electrics and heating
• Installation of new fire alarm system including control system, smoke alarms and call points
• Installation of new CCTV system
• Complete redecoration to Mews Flat (Security) including new bathroom, new tiled floor and repainting works
• Installation of new custom timber doors to rear garage
• FRA works to basement
• Major window repairs to rear elevation
• Asphalt repairs to rear projecting roof
