Amber Construction were appointed by Arhag Housing Association to deliver refurbishment and planned maintenance works across 14 London boroughs, covering approximately 183 properties each year from Arhag’s housing stock of 916 homes.
Properties were batched by postcode to improve efficiency and reduce travel between sites. During mobilisation, Amber worked closely with Arhag and the supply chain to agree the programme and risk management approach, with early engagement key to successful delivery.
Resident engagement was also prioritised, with pilot properties offered for residents to view. This helped increase confidence in the works and improved access rates by 10%.
