Southern Housing - Handover
We’re delighted to announce the successful handover of the first two properties as part of our internal refurbishment programme delivered in partnership with Southern Housing.
Amber Construction Services has been appointed to deliver two lots under the Capital Investment Works 2026–2046 programme: Lot 5 – London North & Essex Internals and Lot 9 – East Sussex Internals. Building on our longstanding partnership with Southern Housing, we are proud to continue strengthening our relationship through the delivery of this long-term programme.
These first two completed properties mark the beginning of works under Lot 9 – East Sussex Internals. During the first year of the programme, we will refurbish 337 kitchens and 77 bathrooms, helping to enhance the quality of homes for residents across East Sussex.
The handover of these first homes marks an exciting milestone, and we look forward to continuing to work in partnership to deliver safe, high-quality homes for residents.
