Social Value - Youth Build
Investing in the next generation is an important part of creating lasting social value.
Amber Construction Services recently partnered with YouthBuild Ventures UK to deliver a CV and mock interview workshop, providing participants with practical advice, interview experience and guidance to help build their confidence as they prepare to enter the world of work.
The session also gave us the opportunity to discuss the wide range of career opportunities available within the construction industry, highlighting the many pathways into the sector and the rewarding careers it can offer.
A big thank you to the Youth Build team for their collaboration and to everyone who took part. We hope the advice and experience shared will support participants as they take their next steps towards employment.
