Social Value - MTVH Speed Networking
Members of #TeamAmber were proud to take part in the Clapham Park Brainery, a weeklong initiative designed to open doors for young MTVH and Lambeth residents into careers in the built environment.
Organised in partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley and Regeneration Brainery, this inspiring bootcamp gives 14 to 21 year olds hands-on exposure to the range of career opportunities the construction sector offers.
Laura Gale (Customer Services Manager), Francesca R. (Marketing Executive) and Alan Beech (Community Investment Manager) joined a speed networking session, sharing their career journeys and insights into life at Amber Construction. It was fantastic to see the students so engaged, asking questions, exploring possibilities and even connecting on LinkedIn for further advice.
