Social Value - Mock Interviews
The Amber Construction Services team were delighted to support a recent social value event at Welling School, taking part in mock interviews with Year 10 students.
The sessions gave students the opportunity to experience a realistic interview environment, develop their communication skills and build confidence ahead of potential career opportunities within the construction sector.
Our team provided constructive feedback and practical interview advice to help students understand what employers look for and how they can best showcase their skills, strengths and potential.
