As part of our ongoing Allom & Barlow House Improvement Project, delivered in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we are proud to have provided a £30,000 social value contribution to support additional estate improvements that will create lasting benefits for residents and the wider community.
This investment has supported enhanced estate security, new benches for residents to enjoy, tree planting, LED lighting upgrades to improve safety and kitchen garden planters that encourage community engagement and wellbeing.
This is another example of how social value can deliver meaningful outcomes that extend well beyond the completion of the works, helping to create more connected communities.
