In partnership with Royal Borough of Greenwich, Amber Construction are currently delivering a comprehensive kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across 733 residential properties over a 60-month period, and we’re pleased to share some of the positive impact so far.

Through this project, Amber has supported a range of local initiatives and partnered with multiple organisations operating across Greenwich, including the Eltham Sheds Association and the Somalian Training Centre.

100% first-time handover pass rate
A property is classed as “handed over first time” when it has fewer than five snags. Every home refurbished to date has met this standard, giving us a 100% pass rate.
