Project Update - Modular Pods
Exciting progress at Amber Construction Services as we move forward with a modular pod bathroom replacement programme in partnership with Enfield Council, working alongside Philip Pank Partnership LLP.
As part of our Enfield’s commitment to quality and innovation, members of the project team recently visited the ModularWise Ltd factory in Hereford to review materials and gain a first-hand look at the manufacturing process.
The first phase has now started, with the existing bathrooms craned out and replaced by fully fitted modular pods constructed offsite. Phase 1 will include the installation of 67 pods, representing a major milestone in delivering modern, high-quality facilities through innovative construction methods.
The project has now officially started on site and the team are excited to bring this innovative project to life.
