Project Completion - Caldwell Street
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our external refurbishment works at Caldwell Street, delivered in partnership with L&Q as part of their Major Works Investment Programme.
The project covered 29 properties and was completed over an approximate 20-week programme. The scope of works included full scaffolding installation, 11 full roof replacements, new timber double glazed windows to all properties, back/patio door replacements to ground floor properties, pointing and brick repairs, external decorations and new communal front entrance doors.
The project presented several challenges, particularly carrying out roof replacement works during one of the wettest periods of the year. Through strict temporary waterproofing procedures, robust end-of-day checks and ongoing quality management inspections, our team ensured the works were delivered safely and with minimal disruption to residents.
