Amber Construction Services were proud to see Bramley House shortlisted for Best Retrofit Innovation or Project at the Building Innovation Awards 2026, recognising the collaborative approach taken throughout the project, led by the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team part of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
With thanks to committed staff from both LWNT and Amber for their work together delivering this standout project – and for the dedicated residents who have worked in collaboration with us throughout the delivery, represented by Bramley House Tenants’ and Residents’ Association. From early engagement through to delivery, the project team worked closely with residents to understand their needs, listen to concerns, problem solve together and ensure they remained informed and involved throughout the works to their homes and block.
We’re incredibly proud to see Bramley House continue to receive recognition across the industry.
