Training and Development


At Amber we promote and are committed to creating an environment in which all our staff are fully supported in their professional and personal development. 

Individual development and training requirements are reviewed through a series of 1:1 reviews and a range of improvement methods are made available, from attending training courses through to practical support and individual training sessions.

As part of our commitment to Training and Development we have in partnership with the CITB an annual Company Training Programme.  The aim of this is to ensure the company maintain a business-focused training programme which keeps up with latest legislation and industry needs. By supporting our staff in this manner we look to our staff to perform and contribute at their optimum level, recognising talents and individuals potential for their progression and their retention.
