Showcase Projects

This project involved the refurbishment of a 1700m2 roof space using Icopals Anderson Proflex system. The project created its own challenges for Amber Construction as it was imperative that a watertight environment was maintained throughout at these Council offices and adjacent residential tower block because no temporary roof was allocated to the project.

Amber also successfully managed to maintain a phased project with the co-operation of all the building occupants, ensuring both minimum disruption and acceptable levels of noise control.

Following remedial work, Icopal Anderson Proflex pour and roll vapour control layer was installed together with cut to falls insulation, Anderson Proflex vanting layer, Anderson Proflex 250 underlay and finally a Proflex torch on green mineral cap sheet.

The Icopal Anderson Pro-spec 20 year insurance backed waterproofing guarantee was chosen for this project.
