Amber Construction Services our Quality Management System is certified to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and belong to a number of organisations as approved Contractor as an indication as to the quality of our approach to our work in construction.

Each project we undertake, follow a Quality Plan to control overall performance and ensure that all our objectives are achieved. Regular audits, by independent consultants, of all company procedures and processes ensure that the high standards we set ourselves are maintained.

Best Value and Continuous Improvement

With our Partners and Clients we set out Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) which together with continual employee development and team working approach we are able to promote innovation, produce high quality workmanship, maximise efficiency and leading on best practise.

We monitor continual improvement in our performance on each project by gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback and scoring the results against our KPI`s. These KPI`s are identified at the start of each project by the Team and our Client.

At Amber Construction we are committed to not only matching our clients` expectations but to exceed their performance requirements and challenge current best practises looking for improvements.
 
Health & Safety

We regularly review Health and Safety performance to maintain and improve standards. Our qualified safety and training professionals support the construction teams in implementing project-specific safety plans which incorporate new legislation, technology, work practices and Client requirements.
