Following in-depth analysis of our Tender, for this project, Amber has been awarded the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation Cyclical decorations for 2008/2009.
The Contract under the Local Authority Procurement Network ( LAPN) procurement model is based on an OPEN BOOK partnering contract. this includes a Shedule of Rates format to identify actual costs working to a fixed overhead and profit.
The works involve the provision of access scaffold, pre-paiting repairs and the external painting of previously painted surfaces. The programme runs through to Aprilk 2009 and part of the brief is to inspect and report on the condition of the roof while we have scaffold access to the properties, with the possibility of additonal roof repair / renewal being added to the contract.
